Orders are to be collected from the restaurant at the time requested on your order.
At checkout you can specify the time you would like, if there are any issues we will call you to rearrange.
All collections are contactless, call the restaurant when you arrive, we will come and place your order outside on a table & you can collect the order without physical contact. All orders must be paid for in advance using our online store to avoid handling cash as per government guidelines.
Orders that have been placed for delivery mid week please be aware that we will deliver your order, again via contactless means between 4pm and 6pm on Monday and Wednesday. Please ensure contact details are correct when placing your order as we will call when we are outside with your food.
Returns / Refunds
If your order is incorrect or not upto the standard you would expect from us here at the Quadrant, please return it to us at the restaurant & we will refund you in full or replace the order with an alternative. T - 0151 632 4444
